He was referring to an article which appeared in the Cape Times on Wednesday 25th January 2012, titled,"Bargain 'bloodbath' in SA property market." "I've been putting out fires at every meeting I've been to since the Cape Times printed this article - this is such an inflammatory and damaging headline - sellers have gone into blind panic mode based on a coupled of quotes which have been blown out of all proportion," says Greeff. He urges sellers to stay calm and look at the actual statistics in their areas.
