Greeff Properties is a niche market Real Estate Agency that operates in the Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl of Cape Town, South Africa.  In 2001 Mike Greeff started this agency from his dining room table. Thanks to the continuous efforts of his experienced and dedicated staff, the company has grown and in its seventh year of operation has turned over nearly R1-billion rand in property sales, specializing not only in residential sales, but also new development sales and rentals.
 
Greeff Properties holds a number of record sales in the areas they cover and are succeeding in “Putting the Personal back into Service”.  The agency now has over 55 staff and 44 experienced agents in their employ, most of whom, have been in the industry for years. Each agent has been handpicked for their knowledge of their area and for their ability to marry clients to properties that are perfect for their needs.
 
Greeff Properties has also cemented their relationships with a number of international affiliates, which give excellent exposure to the correct target market for their client’s homes. In keeping with our continued success, Greeff recently located their Head Office to the elegant “Trescoe House” in Wynberg, the heart of the Southern Suburbs. We too are now better placed to keep our finger on the pulse of property in this sought after part of Cape Town.
 
Greeff’s goal is to offer a modern estate agency package, with old-fashioned integrity, trust and reliability. We pride ourselves in the fact that we have true sales success in our areas. We are however, not out to create a big hype about this success as our results prove that our current team is certainly one of the best.
