With a passion for property and an in-depth understanding of the Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay markets, Craig brings a considered, professional and highly personalised approach to real estate.
Over the past three and a half years, Craig has developed extensive knowledge of these sought-after coastal destinations and the unique lifestyle and investment opportunities they offer. Whether assisting clients in finding a permanent residence, securing the perfect holiday home or successfully bringing a property to market, his focus is on making every experience informed, seamless and rewarding.
Craig believes that successful real estate is built on relationships rather than transactions. By taking the time to understand each client's individual goals, he provides honest advice, clear communication and attentive service throughout the property journey.
His approach to selling combines strategic marketing, accurate market-related pricing and strong negotiation, while his local knowledge enables buyers to make confident decisions based on their lifestyle, requirements and budget.
Before entering real estate, Craig built an extensive corporate career with multinational organisations both locally and internationally. His experience spans Information Technology, Supply Chain and Logistics, Energy and Retail, supported by qualifications in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
This combination of commercial expertise, strategic thinking and local property knowledge allows Craig to bring a valuable perspective to every transaction.
Approachable, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional service, Craig is proud to represent Greeff International Real Estate in Jeffreys Bay, helping clients confidently navigate their next property chapter.
