Glenda Woods

Glenda Woods has over 30 years of experience of selling properties in the Hout Bay market where she has seen Hout Bay move from a sleepy, rural village into a cosmopolitan attraction whilst still retaining its village appeal. Glenda is competent in her knowledge of the area and relies on return business from previous happy clients. In addition to selling properties in Hout Bay she was a member of the Hout Bay Ratepayers Association committee for many years until it amalgamated with the Hout Bay Residents Association and was a representative on the City Council’s Valuation appeals Board for a number of years.
