My career began in finance, where I developed a strong understanding of numbers, strategy and informed decision-making. While I enjoyed the work, I realised my greatest strengths lay in working directly with people. Real estate offered the perfect opportunity to combine analytical thinking with meaningful relationships, and more than 25 years later, I still find that balance incredibly rewarding.

Throughout my career, I've learnt that success in property comes from understanding both people and the market. Whether advising clients, supporting agents or leading a sales team, I believe every decision should be backed by knowledge, preparation and genuine care for the people involved.

As Regional Sales Manager for Greeff Christie's International Real Estate Southern Suburbs, one of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping others reach their potential. While achieving the highest number of units sold in a single year remains a proud personal milestone, watching agents grow in confidence and build successful careers is equally fulfilling.
