Theo Heyns has been in the real estate industry within Hermanus for 12+ years, with a wide variety of experience. He is highly devoted to serving his clients' needs and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, strong negotiation skills and diligent communication. Theo’s approach to real estate is both practical and passionate and he deeply values his client relationships and fellow industry professionals. He has an in-depth knowledge of his farming areas and navigating the competitive market effectively. He has been recognised for multiple Gold Circle Club Awards over 3 consecutive years.

Prior to real estate, Theo worked for 14+ years in the hospitality industry as part owner of award-winning restaurants. It was here where he learnt the importance of service excellence. With all this knowledge, it was an easy transition into the real estate industry where client service excellence and after-sales service is a priority.
